What is Aviadex?

How is data visible for an engine MRO? Is it possible to see and plan when engines are coming in for maintenance? See how Aviadex gives a granular overview of engines, cycles and how the MRO can filter the assets and get a possibility to calculate part requirements. Aviadex also allows for visual representation for upcoming engine shop visits, which then allows for optimal planning.

Current manual processes in maintenance

The current way of sending records between airlines and MROs is still lacking in digitalization, many times in PDF format and with incompatible documentation. This leads to delays and costly inefficiencies that can be avoided with Aviadex.

Data quality issues

When humans are involved data issues are always present. There are several ways Aviadex can help solve data quality issues. With a bunch of simple business logic checks, Aviadex can catch most of the quality issues from the source system, and improve it significantly. This saves a lot of time and eliminates manual input errors.

The importance of data quality

In the dashboard of Aviadex you can see the data flowing through the service and the quality of that data. The interface gives an overview of error rates, processing time, total processes and other valuable data points that help keep your data clean and as correct as possible.

Planning engine shop visits

How is data visible for an engine MRO? Is it possible to see and plan when engines are coming in for maintenance? See how Aviadex gives a granular overview of engines, cycles and how the MRO can filter the assets and get a possibility to calculate part requirements. Aviadex also allows for visual representation for upcoming engine shop visits, which then allows for optimal planning.

Optimizing the supply chain

For the engine shop visits, Aviadex calculates which parts, LLP's and rotables that need to be changed. It allows you to plan your supply chain and buy the parts you need much earlier instead of waiting for the engine to arrive at the shop. Airlines benefit by also having time to plan their operations accordingly.

Maintenance planning in Aviadex from a MRO perspective

In Aviadex the MRO can see all airlines under agreement and the upcoming maintenance slots and work packages. With the information, MROs can design the slots and look at the work scopes and also do any changes that are then communicated to the operator.

How to get Aviadex?

What are the ways of getting up and running with Aviadex? QOCO currently works with over 40 operators, several OEM's, MROs and lessors. A part of the strength of QOCO is that we understand the systems that airlines use and how the data is managed.
